In our working environment it happens quite frequently that the wireless router make some mess and you have to change your MAC address to get access to the network again. On Windows I was using MAC Makeup tool. On Linux no tool is needed. Just write at the terminal: sudo ifconfig wlan0 down hw ether [...]
